Alan's deluxe rental portable buildings can be where you need them, when you need them. These "no-hassle", low cost rental units save time, money and space. All units are delivered ready to use. Units are built on 4x6 skids, wood framed and covered with painted T1-11.

Standard sizes are Guard Stations: 4' x 6', 6' x 8', 8'x8' and Ticket Booths, 7'x16', 8'x16'.  Call to inquire about other size buildings available.

BASIC FEATURES:
Skidmounted building, forkliftable. T-111 painted wood siding,  Low Profile roof. 3/4" painted plywood floor. Aluminum sliding windows.  Steel door with keyed lockset. Incandescent light & duplex outlets

DELUXE FEATURES:
Same as the BASIC FEATURES with the addition of 1/4" Birch wall paneling, 1/2" drywall ceiling, insulation in the walls & ceiling, fluorescent light fixtures, duplex outlets, electrical sub panel and wall mounted air conditioner / heater (available in Deluxe Buildings only)

The Guardhouse has a 16" counter across one wall.  Set at 40" above floor.

Specifically not included:
Power connection or disconnection. Steps or landings. Any field work beyond repairing factory defects. Changing of air conditioner filters, light bulbs or broken glass, lost keys, etc. Relocation of building on site due to inaccessible delivery locations.
